General Information:
Menthol crystals are a natural product, cool and refreshing and smelling of mint. Menthol is a compound derived from the extraction of oil from mint and was formerly known as peppermint camphor. Menthol crystals work well in any product needing a strong flavor and the ability to relieve pain and soothe the body.
Menthol is the beautiful white, crystalline, aromatic compound obtained from Mentha arvensis (corn mint, field mint) that makes mint cool. It is obtained by freezing mint oil and physically separating the crystals using a centrifuge. Menthol was used for its benefits in Japan 2,000 years before it was widely used globally.
